This House blends the feeling of a cottage, ocean front home with contemporary, modern living. This renovation brought the face of the home to life with a stunning entryway, built out and balanced with lighting to give the home a new, modern look. On the ocean facing side of the home, a patio was built up to add a million dollar panoramic view of the Monterey Bay. The new rooftop deck and hot tub provides further views of the water. All stonework throughout the property was done in-house.
